F.A.Q.

Can you make it in other metals?

We work in sterling silver and gold. We can recreate most of our items in those materials. We do not work in copper, pewter, stainless steel or other metals. These metals require a different process which we are not set up for, and which would greatly increase the cost of production.

I've been saving old gold items. Can you utilize my used gold?

To utilize used gold it must first go through a refining process, otherwise it will contain impurities which will make the piece off color, make soldering impossible to match and may create a piece of lesser quality. Please see our Make it Gold page for more info.

Logos, Brands, Monograms, Insignias,

Your business or other logos can be transformed into a pin, pendant, signet ring or other jewelry item. Please see our Custom Designs page for more info.

Model Making

We can also create master waxes for the trade. Please e-mail with specific information as to your needs.

Can you do movie memorabilia?

We've received numerous requests for jewelry resembling movie and cartoon characters. Unfortunately these are often copyright items that we cannot reproduce as much as we might wish to.

I used to have a . . . Can you make one just like it?

We have also received requests to duplicate the work of other artists. Although (as with any artist) we will sometimes use another person's work as a jumping-off place to spark our own creativity, we cannot exactly reproduce someone else's design, just as we wouldn't want someone duplicating ours.

Can you work from my designs?

Absolutely. The more information you provide us, the easier it is for us to make what you want.

How long does will my custom design take?

Creating a custom piece takes a minimum of 2 weeks when there is no backlog. If you need your piece for a special date, please allow plenty of time beforehand.

We will happily price our already created items for you in gold or with stones of your choice. Please contact us via email or phone for a quote.

We receive a huge volume of custom requests. As a growing operation, and with our own designs to create, as well as orders from our regular items to fill, time constraints are an issue. Commissions are processed on an order of receipt basis.

We are more likely to accept the commission if it fits into our current line, and if we feel that it would sell on our site.

Due to high demand and cost vs value for the customer, we will work with you as much as possible to get your piece out in a timely manner but please understand that each piece is hand cast and finished by our J.A. Certified Master Jeweler. We will NOT release a “second” or “close enough” piece!
